Cancellation Policy
Please review our refund policy for cases where cancellation is required after registration.
Important Notice:
Please note that the standard cancellation policy applies even if you purchase the wrong ticket by mistake.
Refund Schedule
For cancellations up to 2 months before the conference (until June 30, 2026), a 25% cancellation fee will be charged and 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after July 1, 2026.
