About Poster Presentations

Posters will be displayed at the Sakura Lounge throughout the main conference days (September 1–3). A dedicated core time is scheduled on September 2, 13:00–15:00 for authors to be present at their posters, inviting discussion and Q&A with attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to spark conversations and share your work in an interactive setting.

  • Each submission is allocated one poster, with a size of A0 (portrait orientation recommended).
  • If you require more than one poster, please contact the organizers in advance.
  • Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. We are unable to arrange printing or delivery on your behalf.
