About Interactive Demonstrations

Held in the same venue as the poster session, Interactive Demonstrations offer live, hands-on presentations of geospatial technologies. During the Core Time, all demonstrations take place simultaneously, giving attendees an immersive, up-close look at how the technologies work while interacting directly with the presenters.

For Presenters

  • Demonstrations will be available throughout the conference (September 1–3) in the same venue as the Poster Session.
  • All demonstrations will take place simultaneously during the Core Time (September 2, 13:00–15:00). There is no hourly rotation.
  • Please remain at your demonstration booth during the Core Time to answer questions and interact with attendees. Staffing your booth outside the Core Time is optional.
  • Tables, chairs, and power outlets will be provided.
  • Please bring your own laptop and any equipment required for your demonstration.
  • Monitors and external displays will not be provided. Please bring your own if needed.
  • If, for unavoidable reasons, you need to cancel your demonstration, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible.

For Attendees

  • Interactive demonstrations are open to all conference attendees throughout the conference.
  • During the Core Time (September 2, 13:00–15:00), all presenters will be available at their demonstration booths.
  • Experience the technologies firsthand while asking questions and discussing them directly with the presenters.
